The Catholicos of All Armenians Received Sergeant Artur Hovhannisyan Completing Treatment in Canada

On December 26, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received Sergeant Artur Hovhannisyan, who was disabled in the 44-day Artsakh war, who had travelled to Canada with the initiative and support of the Armenian Diocese of Canada and Aragatsotn Diocese to receive the necessary treatment and limb prosthetics.
Grigor Movsisyan, Chairman of the Diocesan Council of Aragatsotn Diocese, was present at the meeting. Mr. Movsisyan informed His Holiness about the successful course of Arthur Hovhannisyan's treatment and prosthetics, exptressing gratitude to His Holiness for his paternal care and concern.
His Holiness karekin II, conveying his blessings to the native defender, noted with gratitude that the latter, having received the necessary care and treatment, will be able to fully return to the normal course of life and bring his dedicated service to the homeland.
At the meeting, Artur Hovhannisyan expressed his gratitude to His Holiness and Diocesan Primates for organizing his treatment and recovery in Canada and for their caring attitude.
