Clergy and Lay Staff of the Mother See Congratulated the Catholicos of All Armenians on the 20th Anniversary of His Enthronement 04.11.2019

On November 04, the Brotherhood members and Bishops of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, priests and officials serving in the Mother See visited His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; to offer their congratulations on the 20 th anniversary of his  enthronement.

Conveying their congratulations to His Holiness on behalf of the clergy of the Armenian Church and the faithful people, the members of the Brotherhood and the officials of the Mother See congratulated the Armenian Pontiff and  wished many years of life and productive pastorate for the welfare of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the prosperity of our faithful nation. The clergymen and lay servants affirmed with gratitude that the Armenian Church has been reborn during the 20 years of his enthronement: many achievements in the spheres of the Church-building, spiritual education and social life have been recorded.

The Pontiff of All Armenians, expressing his gratitude for the congratulations and best wishes, conveyed his Pontifical Blessings to the attendees. On this occasion, His Holiness expressed his appreciation to his fellow clergy in the service being offered to the nation and the Church, exhorting them to continue their God-pleasing mission with zeal and devotion, to fulfill their duties and commitments with love, which provides an opportunity to strengthen the Armenian Church.

The Catholicos of All Armenians also noted with gratitude the priceless devotion and support of the officials of the Mother See to the Pontiff of All Armenians for the useful activities towards building national and spiritual life throughout the world.

At the conclusion, His Holiness wished everyone God's guidance and assistance in the blessed service of the nation, Homeland and the Armenian Church.
