Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

On April 16, in the St. Gayane Monastery, under the presidency of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; a Repose of Souls Service was offered for the peace of the souls of the Homeland defenders who died as a result of the shootout that took place on April 11 due to Azerbaijani provocation in the border area of Tegh village.

Prior to the repose of the souls service, His Grace Bishop Moushegh Babayan, Grand Sacristan of the Mother See, referring to the painful incident that took place in the border zone the other day, invited the clergymen and the faithful people present to pray for the peace of the souls of the martyred warriors, as well as for the speedy recovery of the wounded soldiers.
