The Catholicos of All Armenians Received the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan

On April 12, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received Mr. Tigran Avinyan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.
During the meeting, a reflection was made on the steps taken in favor of the achievement of the mission of the Armenian Church in the city of Yerevan, in particular, the problems of maintaining the churches and church structures and improving the areas. In this regard, they emphasized cooperation with the municipality, to ensure the proper organization of the spiritual life of Yerevan citizens.
They also talked about the existing problems and development plans of the city of Yerevan.
