Artur Hovhannisyan, who was seriously injured during the 2020 war, has been in Canada since October 14 under the care of the Mother See. With the efforts of the Armenian Diocese of Canada, the costs of his trip, stay, treatment and prosthetics were organized. In 2016, under the direction of the Patriarch of All Armenians, the Support Program for the Armed Forces was implemented. Dozens of soldiers were treated and fitted with prosthetics in India, Vienna, the Czech Republic and Canada. Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin continues to support disabled soldiers.
