The delegation of the Mother See will participate in the funeral of Pope Benedict XVI

On January 5, with the blessing of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; the delegation of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin will participate in the funeral of Pope Benedict XVI, who died on December 31, 2022.
The delegation members were: His Eminence Archbishop Khajag Barsamyan, Pontifical Legate of Western Europe and representative of the Catholicos of All Armenians in Vatican; His Grace Bishop Bagrat Galstanyan, Primate of the Diocese of Tavoush and His Grace Bishop Tiran Petrosyan, Pontifical Legate of Central Europe and Sweden.
