The Catholicos of All Armenians Visited the Military Positions

On December 31, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; accompanied by Rev. Fr. Archimandrite Movses Sargsyan, Head Chaplain of the RA Armed Forces Ministry; Rev. Fr. Archimandrite Partev Barseghyan, Vicar of the Diocese of Gegharkunik and the Brotherhood of the Mother See visited military positions on the western border of the Republic of Armenia.
His Holiness was welcomed by Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the RA Defense Ministry Major General Arakel Martikian.
The Armenian Pontiff, conveying His Blessings and best wishes to the frontier military, highly appreciated the selfless and firm service of the Armenian soldier and commander to the homeland.
The Catholicos of All Armenians wished everyone a safe service, noting that our military personnel are always in the prayers of the Armenian Patriarch and Armenian clergymen.
