Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

On December 7, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received the delegation headed by Christian Haase, Member of the Electoral Commission of the German Bundestag of the "International Parliamentary Scholarship" program, accompanied by Victor Richter, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Armenia.

Mr. Christian Haase, presenting the "International Parliamentary Scholarship" program to His Holiness, pointed out that it will enable the participants to familiarize themselves with the parliamentary government system of the Federal Republic of Germany and apply the accumulated experience in the homeland.

The meeting also touched upon the developments taking place in the region, the efforts made in the direction of establishing stability and peace, and the existing concerns in this regard.
