Catholicos of All Armenians conveyed His Blessings to the German Pilgrims 04.10.2019

On October 4, in the Pontifical Residence, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received a group of pilgrims arrived from Berlin (Germany) under the presidency of Honorable Mr. Andreas Gyotse and Prof. Paul Imhof.

His Holiness conveyed His Blessings and wishes to the pilgrims welcoming their visit to Armenia and the spiritual center of All Armenians, the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

The Pontiff of All Armenians referred to the importance of the faith, as well as, the role of the Christian faith in the Armenian people’s lives. His Holiness also presented to the pilgrims the challenges facing the Armenian Apostolic Church throughout her history, the current activities of the Mother See in different spheres.

His Holiness added with gratitude, that today a number of educational and social programs are being implemented in Armenia due to the relations and cooperation between the different Christian Churches and inter-church structures of Germany and the Armenian Church.

The Pontiff of All Armenians also referred to the activities of the Armenian Diocese of Germany and the life of the Armenian community of Berlin, as well as, answered the questions of the pilgrims.
