The issue of preserving the cultural and spiritual heritage of Artsakh was discussed at the conference held in the European Parliament. The representative of the Mother See called to protect the cultural and religious heritage of Artsakh, to respect the freedom of religion and belief, to provide an opportunity for UNESCO representatives to visit the region and document the status of the monuments. Speakers of the conference stated that the aggressor can be restrained only by effective measures.
