In appreciation of the service provided in difficult conditions; His Grace Bishop Vertanes, Primate of the Artsakh Diocese, handed letters of Blessings to the Clergy of Dadivank. On the same day, Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan conveyed his gratitude to them.
