Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

In the shrine built on the grave of St. Mesrop Mashtots in Oshakan, Archimandrite Hovakim Serovbyan, a congregant of the Armenian Patriarchate of Constantinople, received a doctrinal degree. The four degrees of private doctrinal authority were handed over by the Primate of Shirak Diocese, Archbishop Mikael Adjapahyan. Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II received the newly consecrated priest in the Old Residency.
