Congratulatory message of the Catholicos of All Armenians to the President and people of Artsakh

On September 2, H.E. Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II sent a congratulatory message to the President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan and the pious people on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Artsakh. In particular, the congratulation reads, "From the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, we bring our Patriarchal blessing and congratulations to you, the authorities of Artsakh and our pious people on the occasion of the Independence Day."
