The Final Collegiate Phase of the "Bible Knowledge Quiz" Project was Organized at the Mother See

On May 30, with the blessings of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; the Bible Society of Armenia together with the RA Army Chaplaincy, in the “Karekin I” educational center of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, organized the collegiate final phase of the "Bible Knowledge Quiz" program.
Servicemen of different military units of the RA Army Chaplaincy, who passed the first phase of the competition, attended in the event.
The contest was opened with the Lord's prayer. Following which the participants were welcomed by His Eminence Archbishop Nathan Hovhannisyan, Director of the External Relations and Protocol Department of the Mother See, conveying the Paternal love and blessings of the Patriarch of All Armenians to those present.
For active participation and high level of scriptural knowledge, all participants were awarded with Bibles, New Testaments, Grigor Narekatsi's "Book of Tragedy" books and certificates of honor.
The event was concluded with the blessing remarks of General Secretary of the Armenian Bible Society, His Eminence Archbishop Yeznik Petrosyan.
On May 31, a pilgrimage to various sacred places in Armenia will be organized for all participants of the final phase of the "Bible Knowledge Quiz" program.
