Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

On April 19, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received the members of the delegation of the "Caritas Germany" organization, led by Mr. Andreas Brander, the chief grant officer of the international office of Caritas.

Welcoming the guests, His Holiness expressed his appreciation to the organization for its support to Armenia and the Armenian people in this difficult period.

Speaking about the challenges facing the forcibly displaced Artsakh Armenians, the Patriarch of Armenia emphasized the protection of their fair rights along with the material support.

At the meeting, the Catholicos of All Armenians also referred to the fraternal relations and cooperation between the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Roman Catholic Church.

Monsignor Dr. Heinz Detlef Steps, a member of the delegation of "Caritas Germany" organization, conveyed to His Holiness information about the support programs implemented by the organization, emphasizing the establishment of social justice and solidarity in human life.
