An Office of Spiritual-Cultural Heritage Issues of Artsakh will Operate in the Moter See

By Pontifical Order of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; an Office of Spiritual-Cultural Heritage Issues of Artsakh, has been established in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. Very Rev. Fr. Archimandrite Garegin Hambardzumyan has been appointed as the Director of the newly created Department.
